Artist's Description

I love to watch people look at art! I also like to eavesdrop on their conversations about art, although that can be difficult without being noticed. These two men were obviously artists, or aspiring artists, themselves, and were very absorbed in analyzing the techniques involved in this painting. This painting won an award at the 2014 Georgia Watercolor Society National Exhibit.

Elizabeth J. Carr Elizabeth Carr was born while her father was stationed in Coco Solo, Panama, reared in a military family, traveled around most of the U.S. and Germany, then married a Naval officer and repeated the pattern for several years, before finally settling in Acworth, GA in 1985. She has been studying watercolor painting for most of her adult life and struggling to find a balance between her mothering/homeschooling career and her love for watercolors.
